The only thing is the seet needs springs for comfortably

We have only used it on one ride so far and my wife loves her bike. We went on a 20 mile ride up and down hills around our city and it preformed very well up the steep hills. It came packaged very well and did not need any adjustments for the derailleur or brakes pads. The bike was assembled very well. This is my wife's second e-bike and she likes the upright position this bike provides over her other mountain bike style. Thanks for the fast shipping.

This bike is a lot of fun to ride bought 2 of them only problem I'm having is the headlight will not stay on bright even with full battery any have any suggestions how to fix this problem?

Bike works great, and was a great price/value! Looking forward to some fun rides this Spring. Fenders and brakes were a bit frustrating to get adjusted so they don’t rub, but otherwise not that difficult to assemble. Would be nice to have a throttle only option, but controls are otherwise efficient and easy to use. Has plenty of power and battery seems to last well.

Great value bike. A bit challenging to assemble from the instructions provided but not really that hard. Got the bike for my Dad who recently turned 90. He loves it!

Customer support for this company does not exist. I could not receive any shipping info. The charge was put through to my cc but no acknowledgement of my order. Finally, the bike arrived in good shape. Takes two people to assemble but fairly easy. First time out, the right pedal made a noise. The pedal was defective. I notified the company but have yet to receive a response. Bike mechanic changed the pedals out with an old pair of pedals lying around. The clicking stopped so the pedal is definitely faulty. I like the bike just fine. It isn’t flashy and performs well….just wish the customer service was better.

I purchased two bikes, assembly was straight forward. My wife and I rode them in the mountains, had no issues. It’s the best bike for the money. FEDX delivery was screwed up but they finally made it.

Senior Citizen, wanting to get back into riding a bike. Now I have more confidence and have been riding 20+ miles a day. Just wish the battery capacity was a bit longer. For the price, so far this is a great bike.

This is the second bike I have bought from this company. We love the bikes and ride them almost every day. You can get plenty of exercise on them by selecting the pedal-assist or turning it off and using your own "horsepower" to pedal. Great purchase!! Would buy it again in a second.
